The life expectancy of the average human is around 76 years.  Using the average number of days in a year, over 76 years,  we get about 27,740 days.  Multiply this by 24 and we get 665,760 hours.  This will be “X“.

Next, take the time of day.  (Ex.  3:15 PM)  This will be called “W“.

Use W to subtract the remaining hours in the day from 24.  (Ex. 24 – 8.75 = 15.25)  We will call this number “Y“.

Compared to the estimated 665,760 hours in your life, Y is NOTHING!

And guess what?  After these few hours, you’ve still got (X – Y) days to NOT have a bad day!

Now, chances are, you skipped down to the end because you’re too annoyed/upset to do all the math.  However, the point is the same.  You’ve got thousands of hours and days in your life, so why get all worked up about the few that aren’t so good?

Move on.  NOW.
